I've always been an avid book reader but over the past couple of years I've fallen off BIG TIME! To be honest I know it has a lot to do with me not commuting into DC anymore on the trains cause that's where I got the bulk of my reading done. But I also know a rack of my time nowadays is spent making beats, hosting podcasts, being on twitter, playing 2K & the million other things I do. So I figured the only way I was gonna get back on pint to was to get somebody to hold me accountable. Which is where Porsha and our newly formed twitter book club #BookofRhymes comes into play.
So for the 1st ep of our #BookofRhymes/Apt. 5B podcast me, Porsha and my cuzzo Joanna are chopping it up about Jeff Vandermeer's book and the new movie that just dropped Friday Annihilation.
