I feel old. A couple of weeks ago on twitter cats were naming their top 10 R&B groups of the 90's and maaaaaaaaad people were naming New Edition. I'm like come on ya'll...do the knowledge, New Edition is an 80's group & anybody who thinks they're a 90's group had to be 6 or younger in 1990 while I was 16. The the other day I tweeted that NE's "Candy Girl" was the first piece of vinyl I brought & one of my twitter peoples said yeah her mom used to play that song and I'm like "your moms?" Damn, now I REALLY feel old lol. But the dope thing about being old, was being there when all of these classic NE songs were dropping! So after peeping the 1st episode of BET's New Edition flick I HAD to put together volume 1 of my Roxbury Sound System mixtape series with all of NE, BBD, Johnny & Bob's uptempo BANGERS!
